  • Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

As Workaway travellers staying with us, you'll enjoy a genuine cultural exchange in one of France's most beautiful rural regions, the Dordogne.

Originally from New Zealand, we bring a blend of Kiwi and French country living to our lifestyle and love sharing our experiences, stories, and way of life with guests from around the world. You'll have the opportunity to improve your English and French language skills, learn about local French customs and traditions, and experience everyday life in rural France beyond the usual tourist attractions.

Our property offers a chance to learn practical skills such as gardening, property maintenance, sustainable living practices, and seasonal projects around the land. Depending on the time of year, you may also discover local markets, regional food specialties, winemaking traditions, and the rich history of the Dordogne.

We believe the best part of hosting is meeting people from different cultures, sharing meals, exchanging ideas, and creating lasting friendships. We hope our Workaway guests leave with new skills, memorable experiences, a deeper understanding of both French and New Zealand culture, and wonderful memories of life in the French countryside.
