Description
Hello, I'm Lauriane, originally from Switzerland. I moved to the Gaspé Peninsula with my 13-month-old son, Léo. My brother has lived here for over 10 years and raves about the nature, its beauty and diversity, the space, and the feeling of freedom this region offers. As a single mother, I decided to experience another culture, another mentality, another way of life to give my child more time and meaning.
However, I need a little help looking after my little boy 2.5 days a week so I can work from home, in exchange for a room and meals. Daycare centers here are booked up two years in advance! I also think it's enriching for my son to meet many people from different backgrounds. So, if you love children and the great outdoors, snow, whales, outdoor sports, or just children, you're welcome to join us.

Bonjour, Je suis Lauriane, originaire de Suisse, je suis venue m'installer en Gaspésie avec mon petit garçon de 13 mois, Léo. Mon frère y habite depuis plus de 10 ans et me vente la nature, sa beauté et sa diversité, l'espace et la sensation de liberté que procure cette région. Et comme je suis une maman solo, j'ai décidé de vivre cette expérience d'une autre culture, une autre mentalité, une autre vie afin d'offrir plus de temps et de sens à mon enfant.
J'ai néanmoins besoin d'un peu d'aide pour garder mon ptit gars, 2.5 jours par semaine, afin que je puisse télétravailler, en échange d'une chambre et des repas. Car ici, les garderies sont surbooker 2 ans à l'avance! Et je trouve que c'est aussi une richesse de faire rencontrer beaucoup de gens de différents horizon à mon garçon.
Alors si tu aimes les enfants et les grands espaces, la neige ou les baleines et les sports extérieurs ou juste les enfants. Tu es bienvenu(e).
