Four goats graze peacefully in a lush, green meadow surrounded by trees. Wildflowers and tall grass cover the ground, creating a serene and natural scene.
A small, empty room with wooden floors, a bare off-white wall, an empty bookshelf, two windows letting in sunlight, and a small shelf with books.
A bearded man with long hair sits outside near a stone wall. Two black umbrellas and a camouflage cap hang behind him. Sunlight brightens his face.
A playful young goat nuzzles a person's arm in a lush green forest. The scene feels peaceful and warm, showing nature and animal curiosity together.
A vintage red tractor stands on a dry field, pulling a large trailer stacked high with hay bales, surrounded by green, rolling hills and trees.

    Description

Love learning, knowledge and experiencing the process. Slowly moving towards some kind of fluid village/community where we would produce our organic food and live as natural as possible. Be free to come and go and call this place a home. I am open to using both old and ancient methods and ways, but also new technology. The house is slowly getting additions of kitchen, bathroom, running water, new roof. Also in place of an old barn I am building yoga shala. Many things to do here, much grass to cut, eggs to gather, and few goats to milk. Versatility is the word . Notice: I do not sell my produce nor make any money nor profit from this homestead. Primary goal for now is making this place enjoable and comfortable for helpers, workawayers and myself, not for business but solely for private home and purpose. Enjoying each step in gratitude. Feel free to send a message and inquiry about any details. I do have unlimited WiFi on my phone which I can share with you anytime, preferably at evening when chors are done. Peace now.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

You can partake in daily yoga stretching and sitting zen meditation. It is optional of course, but I find it useful to have some spiritual foundation for each day in place. Also you will explore the area by being around me. I am quite active, and often go to Zlatibor, Užice, Sevojno, even Belgrade. It's optional of course. See ya.

Each person is good and useful for something. If you are skilled and experienced I ll be happy to learn from you. If you are just starting on the road of self reliance I'd be happy to direct you and share some basic tips and knowledge. As long as there is willingness to create and do, things will be working out. Tasks on my farm are various. From feeding animals, planting garden, to building simple sheds, barn, outdoor stairway, picking raspberries, wild edibles, mushrooms...

    Accommodation

You ll have your own room with bed and clean sheets. There is aso an optional room in a yoga shala. Ideally we would eat together three meals a day. I like to "earn" my meal so doing something before we sit down to fill our bellies would be quite nice.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

I milk daily by hands and make cheese and kefir. You are welcome to learn and get involved. There are also few cats which are kept outside of the house.
I like to balance between planning and going with the flow. During the time off you can hike on the old Roman road that passes next to the house and goes through many valleys and forset and also by the small river down the road. River is cold and clean. Another bigger river is just few km away, Rzav, one of the cleanest in Serbia. Place is quite picturesque, goats are lovely and the nature is beautiful.
