English: We are a residential project of the rental house syndicate with currently 16 people - 3 small and 3 large children.

life on site: ... is self-managed ... can be found in the 4 houses or in trailers on the site ... ... seminars in the park and parts of the main building (restructuring and expansion of the rooms necessary) ... a house is currently being converted for living ... another house serves as a wood workshop, machine workshop (under construction) ... there is a lot of area on the field that needs to be cleared and used for cultivation - ecological self-sufficiency is striven for ... existing association structures for the seminar operation ... existing cooperative with different cooperative branches (residents work partly on site)
What sets us apart as a group: ... we cook big pots full of soup for everyone ... and eat it together ... at the campfire ... we hold talks and women's circles ... have a plenary session about every 10 days ... meet for rounds of "appreciative communication" (similar to "non-violent communication") ... at eye level, needs-oriented and looking for consensus :)
As a relatively new group, we would like to develop further in the direction of ecological, self-governing and grandchild-friendly gardening , building and living. We want to leave our great-grandchildren a healthy and peaceful world and are convinced of a community that is based on equality, benevolence and knowledge sharing. Who meets again and again in a circle and feeds on the skills of the group. We want the village that needs to accompany a child here in our place :)

Wir möchten uns als relativ neue Gruppe weiter entwickeln in Richtung ökologisches, selbstverwaltetes und enkelfreundliches Gärtnern, Bauen und Leben.
Wir möchten unseren Ur-Enkeln eine gesunde und friedliche Welt hinterlassen und sind überzeugt von einer Gemeinschaft, die auf Augenhöhe, Wohlwollen und Wissensaustausch aufbaut. Die sich immer wieder im Kreis trifft und sich von den Kompetenzen der Gruppe nährt.
Wir wollen das Dorf, das es braucht um ein Kind zu begleiten hier bei uns am Platz :)

Our buildings are very old and battered. A lot happens in our own work and we can't keep up with the large area.
We need help with the following activities in particular:
- Helping out in childcare - Helping in the field (transforming rampant meadow area into cultivable land, plant care, mowing help - gladly with the scythe, restructuring the garden area: planting shrubs in a targeted manner, possibly building constructions as a climbing aid , production and processing of charcoal, mulching, harvesting and processing of crops, and much more.) -Park care (e.g. uncover areas so that existing structures are accessible, e.g. the labyrinth, the playground...) -Cooking for the group in everyday life (like about 3 times a week) -Clearing out and mucking out -Painting walls -Chopping and storing wood
We would rather do tasks together on the following: -Support for minor tasks to expand the houses (such as sanding the floor, designing mosaics, attaching clay plaster, ...) -Create/change outdoor structures in the park -Expansion of the workshop rooms (like moving furniture back and forth, building smaller constructions, ...) ...... stuff like that....

Unsere Gebäude sind sehr alt und mitgenommen. Vieles passiert in Eigenarbeit und wir kommen mit dem großen Gelände nicht hinterher.
Wir brauchen Hilfe bei vor Allem folgenden Tätigkeiten:
-Aushilfe in der Kinderbetreuung
-Arbeiten auf dem Acker (wuchernde Wiesenfläche zu Anbaufläche verwandeln, Pflanzenpflege, Mäharbeiten -gerne mit der Sense-, Gartenfläche neu Strukturieren: gezielt Sträucher pflanzen, evtl. Konstruktionen bauen als Rankhilfe, Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Holzkohle, Mulchen, Ernten und Verarbeiten von Ackerfrüchten, uvm.)
-Parkpflege (z.B. Flächen freilegen, damit vorhandene Strukturen begehbar sind, z.B. das Labyrinth, der Spielplatz...)
-Kochen für die Gruppe im Alltag (gerne ca. 3x in der Woche)
-Entrümpeln und Ausmisten
-Wände streichen
-Holz hacken und lagern
Bei folgenden würden wir eher zusammenarbeiten:
-Unterstützung bei kleineren Arbeiten zum Ausbau der Häuser (wie Boden schleifen, Mosaike gestalten, Lehmputz anbringen, ...)
-Außenstrukturen im Park schaffen/ändern
-Ausbau der Werkstatträume (wie Möbel hin und herrücken, kleinere Konstruktionen bauen, ...)

Accommodation

After consultation, life in the park is also possible.
Otherwise: You live in one of the houses with the other flatmates and we will discuss individually which room layout you need and what we can offer. There is the possibility of an "own" kitchen and toilets (without shower/bathroom), or just the use of the shared kitchen and shared bathroom.
Normally we pay into a common household fund - you don't have to do that, I only mention it to make it clearer - that means everyone uses all the food available. If you want to reserve something for yourself, write your name on it. That is then taboo for others ;) We cook regularly in large pots, from which everyone - including you, of course - can help themselves (since this is so good for us throughout the entire building process, we need support so that it happens even more regularly :) ) .
There are shared linens and washing machines.

Nach Rücksprache ist ein Leben im Park auch möglich.
Ansonsten: Ihr lebt in einem der Häuser mit den anderen MitbewohnerInnen zusammen und wir sprechen individuell ab, welche Zimmeraufteilung ihr braucht und was wir bieten können. Es besteht die Möglicheit einer "eigenen" Küche und Klos (ohne Dusche/Bad), oder eben die Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsküchen und des Gemeinschaftsbades.
Normalerweise zahlen wir in eine gemeinsame Haushaltskasse ein -das müsst ihr nicht tun, ich erwähne das nur, damit es verständlicher ist- das bedeutet nämlich, alle nutzen alle vorhanden Lebensmittel. Wer etwas für sich reservieren möchte, beschriftet es mit dem eigenen Namen. Das ist dann für andere Tabu ;)
Gekocht wird regelmäßig in groooßen Töpfen, von denen sich dann alle -natürlich auch ihr- bedienen dürfen (da uns das im ganzen Bauprozess so gut tut, brauchen wir Unterstützung, dass es noch regelmäßiger passiert :) ).
Es gibt gemeinschaftliche Bettwäschen und Waschmaschinen.

English:
What is particularly nice about this place is the tranquility and the closeness to nature. We are located on one side by the forest and on the other by fields. There is a bathing lake in the forest about 8 minutes away on foot.
Through the forest you can reach the next village and public transport. With these we can reach Nossen and Döbeln in a few minutes (nearest shops, youth cafés and cultural centers etc.). From there we can drive directly to Dresden, Leipzig, to Leisnig to the Kulturbahnhof, Chemnitz or Meißen.
Dresden and Leipzig can be reached within 1 hour. In the big cities there are a lot of sights and cultural impressions.

Besonders schön ist an diesem Ort die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur. Wir sind auf der einen Seite direkt am Wald gelegen, auf der anderen an Feldern. Im Wald gibt es einen Badesee in ca. 8 Min. Entfernung zu Fuß.
Durch den Wald gelangt man in die nächste Ortschaft und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Mit diesen gelangen wir in wenigen Minuten nach Nossen und Döbeln (nächsten Einaufsmöglicheiten, Jugendcafés und Kulturtreffs usw.).
Von dort können wir direkt bis Dresden, Leipzig, nach Leisnig zum Kulturbahnhof, Chemnitz oder Meißen fahren.
Dreden und Leipzig sind so innerhalb von 1h erreichbar.
In den großen Städten gibt es dann eine Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulturelle Eindrücke.
