    We are a diving, bike rental and tour operator located in beautiful Tulum, Mexico. We operate from two locations one inside a Hostel the other a Bicycle rental shop. We are connected to a large hostel.

    We pride ourselves on being a personal dive shop, where we offer diving trips to the area's world-renowned cenotes We also offer dive course instruction, snorkel and boat trips to the many diverse sites around Tulum, which is rich in wildlife and culture, as well as tours to the famous Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve, Chichen Itza (one of the world's seven wonder) and the Coba ruins.

    We are looking for people who can commit to a minimum of 2 months, and preference is given to someone who can speak Spanish and/or French, as well as English of course, and ideally someone who has an Open Water diving certificate.

    The work mainly includes providing local tour information, renting bicycles and snorkels, selling tours and dive packages to customers, as well as general day-to-day shop duties and social media.

    We are currently also looking for YOGA Instructors to provide classes inside the Hostel, someone with Website Building or Videographer Skills to help us improve our website and make videos to promote different tours. Manage all our Social Media. Also people with bike maintenance skills would be an advantage.

    We are also looking for an Evening Entertainment Manager to work 5 nights a week and run Karaoke, Talent Competition, Beer Drinking Games etc. etc. etc.

    We are also looking for a chef to help out cooking meals for a family.

    NOTE: we are unable to accomodate couples at the moment.

    You will be part of a small fun and friendly team. Helping the dive and tour centers to run smoothly starting with professional meeting and greeting of our customers and Hostel guests. Ability to promote and give good information about our tours. Daily shop responsibilities from cleaning, basic admin, equipment inventory, preparing dive equipment, handling returned equipment, help with social media and marketing. Ideally a certified diver and languages, English, Spanish and French.

    You will be staying in a comfortable apartment 10 mins walk from the shop. Free Breakfast at the Hostel. Full use of large open fully-equipped kitchen to prepare and cook evening meals.

    Tulum is full of things to do. We are close to many cenotes where you can snorkel or dive. You can visit the famous Tulum Ruins and the stunning beaches, as well as visit the famous pyramids of Coba and Chichen Itza, which is one of the seven wonders of the world.

    Enjoy the lively, social and fun in-house bar and evening entertainment offered at the Hostel. Free use of pool, sun loungers and hammocks. Free bicycle to get around Tulum.

    You can practice Spanish and learn Salsa, as well as learn about the Mayan culture.

    Tulum is on the Yucatan peninsula, and there are endless opportunities for day or weekend trips to places such as Bacalar, Islas Mujeres, Holbox, Mahahual, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Merida, etc.
