    Description

We are family, that lives in rural British Columbia. We are surrounded by mountains and lakes that are available to use anytime. This beautiful location is full of opportunities that include working with small animals, assisting with horses, learning how to handle heavy draft horses, taking care of cattle, dogs and chickens. We have many gardens and a small greenhouse that help provide fresh grown foods. We have 5 children from 12- 20 yrs that are healthy and active currently living with us. We are requesting some extra help inside , daily house chores, daily outside chores, daily animal husbandry chores, and things that might arise unexpectedly living with animals or with the children. To have experience handling horses is beneficial because handling and harnessing draft horses can be difficult. Everyday is an adventure living in beautiful BC. Safety is always important to us and the exploration of the land or sights we can show you visitors upon request.
Our family enjoys all outdoor activities from snowmobiling, quadding, horse riding, giving wagon/sleigh rides , farming, and camping. We have cows that start to calve in April and chicks that hatch in the spring. We have 4 dogs, 2 small & two larger, they are very friendly and great helpers.
    Please don’t hesitate to ask.
    Thank you
We look forward to meeting you!!
