    Help + Chill in Small Town (Central) Italy in JUNE
    Greetings! I'm offering a LAST MINUTE STAY from June 2-8 specifically for someone skilled/experienced than can properly do a few DIY tasks.

    The tasks:
    It's a bit of harder tasks but not rocket-science. The main thing is properly prepping around 6 concrete (exterior) stairs then painting them, and otherwise the possibility for another task or 2;
    Applying some stone tiles in a small area, laying a bit of wet cement in another area and prepping and painting a table. So essentially you'll need to have some knowledge on how to do this stuff properly (aside from watching videos on Youtube. I also have a decorative painting a design on a piece of furniture if you also have artisan skills ;) )

    House rules are simple...
    You really have to like dogs because I have 3! (So if you have allergies my place won't be very good for you.) Be super kind to them as they love people and maybe even walk them once in awhile (and/or keep an eye on them if I have to go out for the day). Clean up after yourself. Keep your room tidy. Put your dishes in the dishwasher/empty it once in a while. For breakfast I keep muesli, milk, fruit and coffee or tea you can fix yourself, and usually for other meals I can fix you something. Although if you want to cook yourself, it’s fine with me!
    At the moment I can only feed one person. Sorry!

    Me: I was born in central Canada and have spent a number of of years living in Italy. I formerly worked in journalism and I am a Shiatsu Therapist, designer/artisan that loves to refinish and recycle all sorts of furniture and objects. I bought this house here in Penne Abruzzo in August 2021 and I spend a lot of time trying trying to figure out how to curate spaces. I've curated rooms in my home especially for guests and to reflect my love of nature, recreation, travel, gastronomy, art and the region of Abruzzo. I'm open, friendly and live with the dogs in the historical centre of PENNE, (ABRUZZO) and I have a lovely large room for guest/s. Plus a nice lounge and terrace to relax. I'm happy to give you a tour around my town to get you more comfortable with navigating.

    APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE. Sometimes I can be a bit slow and it can take me a day or or a little longer to respond.
    Feel free to ask any questions.
