Family of three, Mum (English) and two children, a 17yr old daughter and a 14yr old son (English/French) ,2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 goats, 1 goose and 5 ducks! We live in a small hameau (of 6 houses) that is just outside (within walking distance) of a lovely village that has a fab sunday market, masses of organic produce all local suppliers plus amazing food, lovely clothes/jewellery etc and there is always someone playing music! We have a large garden (7000m2) bordered by woodlands with mountain views. Very rural and beautiful multi-cultural/alternative area, really we have all nationalities here. Always lots of interesting things going on: concerts, theatre, yoga, tai chi, salsa, 5 rhythms dance etc.
The sea is a couple of hours away but there are some lovely lakes and the river to swim in close by, we also have an above ground pool (salt water) we put up in the summer. I have been teaching forest school at the local Steiner school for the last 9 years and creative English workshops around puppet making in Toulouse for the last 5 years. Presently setting up a Forest school association and starting to train Adults to teach FS. We have been here 11 years, before that we were travelling in a house truck for 8 months around France looking for the perfect place to be. It is here. I've been a big traveller and have spent most of my adult life (until kids came along and that slowed me down for a while) moving about around the UK plus alot of time in Spain, France and also Asia and South America - backpacking but also living in various trucks.

I've had lots of different jobs: secretarial, photography, waitress, massage and reiki therapist, stained glass artist, art and craft workshops for children, restaurant owner, french teacher.... and now its Forest School! I enjoy being outside as much as possible, yoga, space clearing, walking, creating, discovering, laughing, dancing, good music, good food (mostly vegetarian and alot of raw) and good company!
I really would like some help with sorting out my ponds right now ( I have 3) so experience of this would be fantastic. Also general landscaping, veggie patch (permaculture and biodynamic), putting in paths, planting, cutting, strimming, chopping wood but sometimes in the house with repairs or painting. Building experience, particularly with wood is great as I always have one project or another going on. Looking after the animals. Cooking. General maintenance of house like cleaning and painting. Creative stuff like mosiacs.

In a cosy vintage caravan, with compost toilet, outdoor kitchen and shower next to it. If this is full there is another vintage caravan in the woods. There is internet access in the house if you bring your own computer and wifi can be picked up when it is on.
Nearest train station is Carbonne. Very easy to hitch a lift locally. I can provide use of a bike. Lots of lovely walks, ski stations just over an hour away. Swimming in lakes and rivers, or in our above ground pool (salt water) in the summer.
