    **Our Place**

We have recently moved to the charming village of Cemaller in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale, with my spouse, our 3 cats, and 2 dogs (a Labrador and a French shepherd). We've set up a ceramics workshop in our garden. The sea is just 30 minutes away. In our village, there is a place for Neapolitan pizza and 3rd wave coffee. Assos, a beautiful village to explore, is also nearby. Our typical day involves enjoying a morning coffee, doing some work, heading to the beach during the hot part of the day, and then returning to work in the evening. We love creating everything from scratch. Our garden is still a work in progress, and we look forward to arranging it with care and enjoyment.

    **Why You'll Love It Here**

We believe you'll love our place for its peaceful and creative atmosphere. The proximity to the sea allows for refreshing beach visits, and the village itself offers unique culinary experiences. Whether it's enjoying a perfect cup of coffee or indulging in delicious pizza, you won't be disappointed. The surrounding area is rich in history and natural beauty, with Assos and other picturesque villages just a short drive away. Join us in our daily routine of creating art and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

    Social Activities and Community Connection

We love creating a welcoming and social atmosphere for our Workawayers. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect with our family, including enjoying meals together, sharing stories, and participating in local community events. Our village has a close-knit community, and you’ll have the chance to meet and interact with our neighbors, who are always eager to share their traditions and hospitality.

    Skills and Knowledge Sharing

We have a range of skills and knowledge that we’re excited to share with you. From ceramics and woodworking to gardening and DIY projects, you’ll learn hands-on techniques and creative processes. We’ll work together on various tasks, and you’ll have the opportunity to pick up new skills and refine existing ones. If you have any skills you’d like to share, we’re always open to learning from our Workawayers as well.

    Cultural Exchange and Learning

By hosting people from different cultures, we hope to gain new perspectives and learn about different ways of life. We believe that cultural exchange enriches our experiences and broadens our understanding of the world. We look forward to hearing your stories, learning about your traditions, and sharing our own in return. This mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences makes hosting Workawayers a truly rewarding experience for us.

    **Tasks and Activities**

Our garden is currently in a rough state, and we aim to clean it up by raking and clearing debris, planting new plants, decorating, and adding soil and stones where needed. We also have a small veranda area that we want to prepare for adding a small shade structure. Additionally, we plan to create a wooden sign to attract people to our workshop. If you're interested in ceramics, you'll have the opportunity to create pottery as well.

    **Working Together**

We will be working on these tasks together, sharing skills and learning from each other along the way. Whether it's gardening, constructing, or creating art, we value the collaborative process and believe in making the work enjoyable and rewarding.
