Description
We are a family of 3; Geert, Barbara and our son Roemer (12 now). We are living on a beautiful place, small village, next to the river the Waal in the Netherlands. We have a huge garden (6000 m2) and several accommodations on our property. We are running a retreat center. We look for work awayers that are willing to help for our private tasks, as help in our garden, painting our house, some light renovation tasks etc.
Please check our calendar for which months we are looking for Work Awayers, before you apply.
Couples are very welcome.

We are a loving family and our primary work is about personal development and leadership. We offer for example nature trails, vision quests and sweatlodges. If you are interested in this area, you are on the right place.
We live in a small village, surrounded by nature, next to river the Waal.
Barbara loves healthy cooking. You can get some insights in this as well.
We are native dutch speakers, so if you are interested in learning dutch, you are on the right place. We also speak english, german and some spanish (Barbara).
Help
There is always a lot to do on our property. Gardening, painting frames and some construction help as building a new chicken housing or renocating small things. It is sometimes tuff help, and also very satisfying, as you always see result of your work.
If you are willing to do:
- Gardening help, as prune and weed.
- Painting
- Help in maintenance of our private home
- Renovation small things, or small construction help, like building a chicken 'wellness center' ;-).
...you are welcome to react.
We offer you accommodation, good and healthy food from mondays till fridays (shared meals), and we pay you a bit of money per week (for buying in the weekend your own food).

Accommodation
You will sleep in one of our very cute vintage caravans with heater. The caravan is inclusive small kitchen, and there is a common toilet and shower available.

If you are a nature seeker, you are on the right place. You can walk an bike around here very well (you can borrow a bike from us). With bus you can reach the cities Den Bosch and Nijmegen. Also Tiel is an option.
