Hearty welcome to you all Dharamshala, the land of mighty Dhaula Dhar Mountains.
We really need those volunteers who are fluent in English language and can assist our prime guests to experience the real nature. Are you looking for family environment ?? spend your time here with us and get amazing experience. Very beauty typical nature countryside in Himachal Pradesh. My place is flooded with wonderful nature, mountains and streams.
you can be my guest for a period of 2 weeks max stay. I hope it will be great experience to have you here with us in our campus.
We are always happy to host volunteers in our home. Make your visit unforgettable by coming and exchanging cultures with us! You can help me in my office with following activities. We are a lovely family of 3 persons, me my wife and my kid, and our lovely employees, who we consider just like our family.

Volunteers can choose where they want to help: in the vegetables farm or volunteering in general maintenance work or some work creating an experience for our guests. Depending on the season and the ongoing projects, you could also give help in building construction, painting and drawing our home, feeding our pets, decorating areas etc.
Your Participation can help in enriching the user experience at a higher level. We have a team of professionals, where people can enrich their experience. A lot of guests do arrive at our campus and it will be a nice window for cultural and knowledge exchange. The campus is in a remote area in Dharamshala and there are many opportunities for interacting with the local culture.
You shall be most welcome within our team. We shall be a small family where we can exchange our knowledge and interact and serve the Guests we host and equally benefit from them
Help
we have a Eco Tourism Project where we provide experience so called serenity to the guests.
Our setup is like a nature park, where major attention is focused on natural habitat in the Campus. There are green lawns, Tree plantation has already been done, seating areas play areas are demarcated.
When you arrive here, you will majorly be working with our teammates in assisting them with their daily works and assisting guests to enhance their stay experience.

Accommodation
This host can provide space for campervans in Tents, with a majestic view of the Snow fed mountains and a small river. you will get a special private bathroom for volunteers with a western toilet. Wi-Fi is available in the area. If you need extra things, you have to manage. There are small shops in the village within 5 minutes' walk. You will get healthy Breakfast and dinner. Lunch is on your own or you can purchase from Restaurant.
Bedding is provided in the camp with other amenities like linen, toiletries etc.
What else ...
You are heartily welcome from every different corner of the world and from different occupations. Here you can enjoy trekking by walking in the forest up in the mountains or going down the stream. I can help you to go on some nice trekking expeditions in the nearby mountains. We have our camps in a lovely location from which we can see the Himalayas in the morning time or amazing falling stars at the night.
Local Attractions and sightseeing
Local places like McLeod Ganj and Dharamshala town have nice attractions like Buddhist monasteries, tea gardens, memorial Parks, and a cricket stadium. I can help you visit these places.
Local Village Tour
We have a small village nearby and If you are interested in meeting local village people and mingle with them, we can arrange that. You will have wonderful experience of the hospitality of people and can try local delicious food and
have some conversation with them.
Hiking
Salig village is far from Urban area and is purely blessed with Nature. Gren mountain slopes, a small perennial river flows by the bottom of the village. You can try reaching out to the river, except for the monsoon times, when it is usually flooding and is dangerous.
Art and Craft workshops
If you are an artist and have some talent in you and you are looking for helping people learn and work with you, you are welcome, I can organise a workshop for you.
🏠 How to get here? 🏠My place is located near the village of Salig, 14 km East of Dharamshala town, just away from any settlement located in the base of a mountain. the area is surrounded by lush green mountains.
1. From Pathankot (90 km): Pathankot is the nearest broad gauge railway station in North India. Buses and taxis are available from Pathankot railway station to reach our location. Narrow gauge Rail line is another option where you can enjoy the toy train ride which was installed by Britishers in 1924. You can disembark at Kangra railway station which is about 24 km from our location and can take a ride via a local taxi to reach us.
2. From Dharamshala Airport. (24 km): The nearest Airport is Dharamshala (DHM). three to four flights are scheduled on daily basis from Delhi. Local taxis operate from the airport to our location. The taxi charges can be about 1000 bucks. From Dharamshala Bus stand you can take a bus going towards Palampur and disembark at station Tangh. Catch up a taxi / cab to my place it would cost you only 400-500 bucks.
3 Dharamshala Bus Stand (13km): Dharamshala bus station is 13 km. Volvo bus services are available from Delhi Chandigarh every day. Normally the buses depart during night hours from Delhi & Chandigarh etc and arrive at Dharamshala Bus stand during the morning. You can take a taxi to reach our location.
