Description
We live in a large house on the hills, in the province of Pisa and we are convenient to major communication routes: 10/20 minutes by car from the railway station and motorway network and 30 minutes from Pisa airport. We reach the sea in half an hour and beautiful green mountains in 50 minutes. We are also 30 minutes from the center of Pisa and Livorno.
We are a small community in evolution (we are not a farm), with the desire to expand. We practice M. Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, we bring it into our lives and we spread it through training courses in which you can participate freely.
We have a large house, heated with wood and methane, located on the edge of a small village, with 2 hectares of land, cultivated in part with orchards, some olive trees and woods; we know many edible and medicinal wild herbs and spread their use and knowledge; we have a large wood-burning oven. We like to organize parties and activities on the land, We intend to expand the orchard with a permaculture project.We practice synergistic agriculture, organize paths to learn cultivation activities, water irrigation, pruning, cutting dead trees, construction of containment to retain the earth and moisture, care of the forest, harvest and conservation of fruit, beauty care with the creation of green corners for relaxation and outdoor activities .
In addition to all this, as a volunteer, by actively participating you have the possibility to learn how to make detergent for dishes and clothes that is obtained with the use of ash, Marseille soap, food preservation and transformation, bread with mother yeast , sewing, cooking, opening and maintaining small paths in the woods, notions of permaculture, synergistic vegetable garden, collection and maintenance of herbs, good home ecological practices and much more. We host several people at the same time so everyone will have the opportunity to bring and exchange their stories, experiences and knowledge, helping to enrich the whole group.
We take care of the activities of the house and the land, from the organizational to the emotional aspects; we give great value to the well-being of each member of the community. The food is variated, mainly vegetrarian.
With us you can live a simple life, in close contact with the earth and the woods. We make and listening to music, stories and games around the fire, in a simple and welcoming house, with the possibility of enjoying the natural, as well as artistic and historical sites of the area, according to your taste. The bus passes near us and you can also be independent

Accommodation
In the house there are 2 guest rooms, they are rooms with 4 places, There is 1 bunk bed, 4 single beds and 1 double bed.
The common rooms are shared with Gaia and Silvana and any other volunteers and friends.
The food is variated, mainly vegetrarian.

In your free time you can go to the city of Pisa, Livorno, Firenze. The Mediterranean sea is at only 30 minutes from here. Enjoy the beautiful Tuscany landscape, history and arquitecture.
