I live in Cork with my family and my cats. We are within walking distance of Cork city centre and there is lots to explore nearby. We have a big garden that needs lots of help.

We are a sociable small family with friends and neighbours. I like to interact with visitors from different cultures, you're welcome to share our table with us or play a board game in the evening. I would like to practice languages and to learn new DIY skills.

    Help

I have a fairly big garden and it is starting to get overgrown. The help that I need help with is digging the soil and picking out the rubbish from past generations (glass, metal), I have 2 small greenhouses that need watering and weeding, a pile of logs that needs to be cut, and I would like a patio to be laid with gravel, sand, and rocks. I'm a hard-worker myself, but I could do with some help. Additionly there is always stuff to be fixed around the house.
In exchange, Cork City is at your doorstep. We can cook and eat together, and if you want to improve your English I am happy to help.

We have a cosy single room with a good bed to offer. There is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom that you will share with the family. Meals are provided with the family, and you are welcome to cook for us as well.

    What else ...

You can explore Cork City and the south of Ireland, there are many tourist attractions nearby. There is a city bus stop near us, however, public transport can be unreliable. The city is in walking distance and you can have the loan of a bike.
I work fulltime but usually have plenty of time left in the day. We also have 3 cats.
