Description
There are two of us, a puppy and a kitten on a hill overlooking Mission Beach and Dunk Island. The Great Barrier Reef is just ooff the coast. We have nearly an acre half of which is festooned with tropical plants and diverse tropical fruit trees. Mission Beach is very popular with backpackers as there are lots of outdoor activities. We are 2 hours south of Cairns and there is bus transport to and fron Cairns. We have a room and bath available for our Workaway guests and of course you can use the rest of our home, pool and garden. There is a shopping centre just down the hill as well as a hotel/resort. It's an easy walk to the beach as well.
Our home backs on to pasture where you can see wallabies daily, cows most days and cassowaries occasionally.
A single person would be welcomed.
