Description
We are a bespoke, high end family campsite located near to Sarlat. For the season we are looking for someone to help in the bar and reception. We are looking for someone who has experience working in the tourism industry and a bonus if you speak French and English. Can-do approach is required, someone with stamina to see the busy and hot season through to the end. Great personal skills, a smiling face and great attitude to hard work and adapting to different situations.
Campsite with 25 grass pitches, 10 cabins and 2 gites. Bar, reception, tennis, pool and playgrounds. Nightly food trucks on the Cosy Nook cafe bar terrace. Relaxed vibe where are guests are number one priority. Open May - September. Ideally looking for someone for around 10-12 weeks.

Help
Bar and reception work - serving clients, preparing hot and cold drinks especially coffee (barista skills a bonus). Preparing hot and cold food, baking, stocking fridges, keeping the front of house in order. Washing glasses and keeping the bar and commercial kitchen clean and tidy.
Helping guests with tips on local trips, booking canoeing trips and providing local information. Checking in guests and dealing with all reception inquiries etc (you will be trained).
Additional jobs include cleaning, painting and help with animals. Keeping the bar area and terraces looking great and clean at all times. Making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Accommodation is included. The salary may be negotiated subject to experience and proven abilities etc after a review period.
We pay the minimum wage - must sign a contract.
MUST have the right to work in France.
MUST provide a police background check and TWO recent references.

It's a 2 bedroom mobile home with equipped kitchen, eating lounge/nook, wc and shower room. Gas for cooking, wifi all included. Porch, covered all weather terrace, outdoor terrace furniture, barbecue and garden with a front lawn. There is parking available.
You may be sharing with a second Workaway but this is to be confirmed.
What else ...
Plenty to do and see in the area. Reasonable hours, with a day off a week. Canoeing, gardens, rivers, chateaux, markets and market towns.
