  Description

  Join us at Adventure Bay Bruny Island - most of the time you willl need your own car but occasionally we can pick you up.
  
  We don’t always have availability as we live in Hobart & this house is 90 minutes drive including ferry to Bruny island.
  
  The island is clean & pristine with beautiful beaches.
  
  We have hosted backpackers for years but are new to this website. Enjoy great food & company in exchange for 4 hours work. Usually easy jobs.
  
  Kylie & Glen are your hosts. Kylie works in radio, Glen is an oyster manager & marine based
  
  We have 2 daughters but they live in Sydney now studying. We also have 2 cute poodles.

  When you stay with us you’ll experience a remote beautiful location.
  
  We like eating nice food together if we are staying at the property with you (not all the time) & having conversations over dinner. We will try & have a bonfire & BBQ while you are staying & you will meet our adorable dogs.
  
  It’s a friendly atmosphere usually with other helpers and sometimes you will see wallabies !
  
  There’s a nearby farm of miniature animals we can visit.

  Help

  We need help Tuesday September 23rd and 24th - staying 1 or 2 nights.
  
  We can sleep 10 people but most of the time we only have 2+ helpers. It varies. Right now we have a girl from Singapore & another girls from Taiwan. Last weekend we had 4 people. It always changes. We have hosted for 15 years but are new to this site.

  The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 cabin, 3 caravans & plenty of camping including swags if needed. Warm clean bedding
  
  All food provided. 3 meals per day. You will need to get your own breakfast and occasionally help with preparation for other meals.
  
  Lots of healthy food including stir fry, curry, steak, sausages, chicken, occasionally seafood. Vegetarian if requested.
