    Description

I am a Ugandan, with a diploma in customs clearing and Forwarding.
I, my wife and a few concerned personalities, are founders of this N.G.O.
Our Foundation was established in late 2019, during the early Covid 19 pendamic, to help the needy and vulnerable children, youth, women and elderly people in the Village of Nsenya, Lugazi and the surrounding villages.
It's head-quarters is established in our local village, Nsenya, where we have a big chank of land to carry out a number of numerous projects.
We want to build schools, both for kids and youth, and other educational institutions in order to bring sevices near to the local community.
Further still, we want to have plantation agriculture and aquaculture, and have boreholes to help the needy.
Our Foundation is with five staffs, and with different tasks. They are however not payed due to the prevailing conditions henceforth working as volunteers.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Workawayers will benefit in that, where necessary, we shall work hand in hand as partners in our projects.
They will be able to learn our local language, Luganda.
The short time we will be with them, we shall teach them our local language and culture.
Workawayers will broaden their minds and thoughts by learning that there are different cultures and they will live to talk about our country and the different cultures in Uganda, to his friends when he goes back.
workawayers will come to know that they can thrive in a new environment.
They will come to understand that cultural exchange shows the importance of similarities rather than differences.
the workawayer will see that the world is a more beautiful connected place for him
It will make them globally aware.
It will make them more employable
It will make them more adoptable in that, experiencing different academic communities will be great for him to improve their academic skills
