Description
We are an Irish-Colombian family of 6, our children ages are 9, 7, 2 and newborn. Two girls and two boys.
We live in a small village in the south of Ireland.
I (Joddy/mom) am personally interested in a varied range of subjects, like spirituality, neuroscience, self-actualisation, anthroposophy, gardening, I have a lot of house plants, Pilates, healing, healthy eating, reading, writing, wild swimming, tarot, cooking, music, photography, trekking, Breathwork and many more.
I love dancing, it is a huge part of the culture I grew up in.
I love a clean and organised space, I consider myself a minimal-ish. I’ve spent a lot of time intentionally organising our home, finding a place for everything that we owe, and parting with whatever doesn’t serve a porpoise .
We try to limit our kids screen exposure, specially to phones. And we are very mindful of what they get to watch. So we won’t appreciate anyone handing their phones to our kids.
We ran a family business in the construction industry. My husband is at work most of the day, but we prioritise spending time together in the evening, around dinner.
It would be great to have someone that join us and can have an interesting conversation or enjoy a board game after dinner.
Our two daughters are very creative and have a great interest in music, knitting, sports, singing, board games, painting and drawing and nature.
Our little 2 year old is very energetic. He loves his cars and balls, although he is also very affectionate.Types of help and learning opportunities

We are a mixed Irish Colombian family. We speak both English and Spanish at home.
Our children attend a Steiner school, where we are all exposed and invited to a lot of cultural and community celebrations.
Baking, storytelling, hiking, reading and crafting are big part of our day to day.
Our workawayer would be immersed in a beautiful loving bilingual atmosphere at our home, very close to the Marbel city, Kilkenny - there is a bus that goes daily to the city and other villages.
There are different free leaning opportunities, like English lessons, knitting and crocheting group, as many other offerings local enough, like permaculture, etc.Au Pair Help

Help
We are looking for a fun outgoing person to be part and support our family on our day to day routines.
We would love for someone who enjoys cooking healthy meals and can help keeping the place tidy and has a lot of fun and interesting stories to share.
The Workawayer would ideally cook breakfast and dinner and clean up the kitchen, help with tidying toys, sweeping/hoovering and putting groceries away. And if time is available, spend an hour with the kids, although we would be happy to arrange payment for babysitting/extended hours.
We would prefer someone over 25; preferably with a driving license, but it is not essential.
We would really expect whoever join us to be mindful of what subjects they share with our kids as these should be age appropriate. This can be discussed further.
We don’t smoke, and for the most part don’t drink. We would not like to have anyone drinking or smoking at our home.Languages
