We are looking for volunteers right now ! As soon as possible. (06.02.2019)
I´m Adriana i was born in Cali but I live in Santa Marta since 11 years. I opened the hostel 1 year ago. I love people and having people around me. I love the traveler vibe, the way of life.
It is a beautiful colonial-style house with a mixture of rustic and modern finishes, large spaces and outdoor terraces from which you can appreciate the sea. The whole place is designed for the comfort of the people who visit us daily, we want to inspire and activate the creativity of our travelers through art, which is why our walls are the canvas of different local artists who have left their mark and our brand of identity with different tropical paintings and representative of what we are (Earth).

Its is a big privilege for me to have to opportunity to have a place where I can open my door for people from all over the world to learn and at the same time exchange and share different cultures. I appreciate the contact with other people and to be able to learn new things every day.
For lunch or dinner we cook together and volunteers are always welcome to cook and teach us some meals from your country.
Just in general the atmosphere of being in a hostel, meeting lots of people. Getting to know different cultures, ...
Help in reception, receiving guest and showing them the hostel. Cleaning the pool and watering the plants. And just in general help when something needs to be done. Make guests feel at home. It is preferable if you speak English and some Spanish. }
We are also open for new ideas and improvements (we want to recycle, make a little vegetable garden, or in general organisation in the hostel, ...)
Spanish and English
We offer a bed in dormitory with airco if the hostel is not fully booked (in that case we have hammocks to sleep in)
The hostel is located in Taganga, it is a safe and quiet place, with easy access to the road and close to restaurants, discotheques and on 50m from the beach.
There are lots of diving schools here (it is one of the cheapest places to go diving), you can go snoring, kayak, paddle boarding, and just swimming of course.
Taganga is close to Santa Marta (lots of buses everyday between the two).
Tayrona Park is also close and really nice to go for a day or a couple of days.
Limited internet access
We have pets
We are smokers
