  • Description

Quick disclaimer - I go by Sage not Sarah, I just haven’t had the chance to legally change my name yet. Thanks for your understanding!
I’m an artist and overall very whimsical person who’s laughing 90% of the time about nothing in particular. I’m extremely passionate about social justice. I love connecting with the natural world, reading books, and immersing myself in a new large scale project (usually a painting with at least one cat in it). I’m very eager to help with whatever needs to be done, and I look forward to creating memories and going on adventures all around the world!

  • More details about your skills

I have three years of customer service experience (mostly in cafes, restaurants, hospitality), and twenty years of experience as an artist. I love to learn, am fiercely independent, and aim to help in everything I do. Certain tasks I’d be able to help with include - cooking, housework, creative projects (especially if you’d like me to paint a mural!), gathering supplies, pet care. I have less experience with outdoor/farming/carpentry tasks, but am eager to learn and gain skills in those areas. So anything! If you need it done, tell me what to do and I’ll do my absolute best.

  • What else ...

Again, art. I mentioned this already, but it’s such a huge part of who I am so I wanted to say it again. Playing with cats. I love all animals, but cats are my favorite by a long shot. I love doing gymnastics and aerial circus! Trapeze, silks, Lyra, contortion, all of that is super fun to me. I’ve been acting and singing ever since I can remember. I love hiking and climbing anything I can. I’d love to improve my rock climbing skills! As for board games, I love clue. I also love to create tiny little crafts with wool felting and crochet. I’m not particularly good at either of those, but they’re still fun to me! I love cooking intricate meals when I have the time. Making food and making it look pretty and taste amazing is something I love. Generally any sort of creation/gift that I get to make for someone is my passion.

  • Some more information

    • Smoker

    • Driver's licence

    • Allergies
I’m allergic to gluten, but I eat it anyway sometimes. It’s definitely better for me to avoid it though.

    • Special dietary requirements
Yes! Other than my gluten issues, I have issues with textures of some foods. Unfortunately, it’s not something I can change, since it is tied to my autism. I navigate it the best I can, and if it’s too much trouble, l’m able to work out my own meals :)
