As a native english speaker it is very easy to rely on english and not learn other languages, but I think that immersing yourself in a new culture involves at least learning some pieces of that community's language. I am interested in further my Spanish skills and also learning new languages as they are relevant. I am also able to teach english.

I recently received my undergraduate degree in business and data science with a specialization in small business development. Throughout my university years I worked as a barista and have had several jobs in hospitality and service. I have lots of experience with cooking, cleaning, and general maintenance around homes, restaurants, and cafes. I have been solo traveling for the past five months and have gained a lot of skills in adaptability and problem solving. I really enjoy working with other people and have been involved in many group projects centered around serving my local community back home. These projects include planting trees, building small structures, animal care, and teaching children. Through these experiences I have gained skills in construction, painting, building, planting, weeding and garden care.

I really enjoy board games and cozy evenings playing cards outside with cool people. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives and travels. I am a huge animal lover and generally enjoy all things nature and outside and am very passionate about sustainability and environmentalism. I really enjoy reading and classic literature as well.
