Hello, I'm seeking opportunities to travel, explore communities, learn from others, evolve as a person and spread joy! I love nature, organic food, cooking, connecting with people, practicing yoga and all sorts of outdoor recreation activities such as solo backpacking, hiking, kayaking and swimming in waterfalls. I'm happy to help with any type of work be it cleaning, gardening, childcare, cooking, light construction, paperwork - you name it! I would also be an excellent house or pet sitter. I keep my place very clean and would ensure your home was in better shape that when you left. My nickname when I lived in Northern Canada was the 'dog whisperer' as I took great care of many of my friends' dogs, when they needed to travel. I'm an upbeat, positive person who is very trustworthy and reliable. I'm also in great shape for my age and have a strong work ethic. Have a great day! (je parle français aussi)

I've worked as a manager for both government and non-profit sectors so my skills include motivating staff; team work; building relationships with First Nation representatives, stakeholders and communities; managing budgets; coordinating projects and problem solving. I also have great skills at childcare, cleaning, cooking, gardening, sewing, organizing, hosting dinners, home renovations and repairs such as drywall repair, painting walls, fixing appliances, refurbishing items. Additionally, I'm a skilled outdoors person adept at reading maps, orienteering, bear safety, camping, cooking outdoors, bushwhacking, paddling safely and I always adhere to 'leave no trace' principles.
