Hello !

I grew up on a little island of the coast of france, travelled for many years and also lived near the ocean for some.
I'm currently back on the road again to reconnect with mouvement, magic and growth.

Today I feel my main focus is embodiment and harmony. To keep an open mind and an open heart, to cultivate curiosity, balance and joy. To reconnect on all levels, to move towards patience, wildness, creativity, hope and beauty. To connect with this world in a way that feels authentic and greatful. To be Alive!

I enjoy gardening, spending time with animals, being outside and in the ocean, hiking, dancing, cooking, learning about the human experience, music, playing with kids young and old, starry nights, spontaneous adventures...

I want to learn more about growing food, sustainable living, natural building, wood building, alternative healing ways, plant medicines, cooking wholesome food, somatic practices, embodied mouvement and way of living, mindfulness, communication, emotional expression... (This list could be longer :)
I am happy to invest myself in sharing and helping, to learn about new ways and meet new people...and follow the flow of what makes life beautiful and fun!

Thank you so much !!! I really enjoyed the project, cutting down my first tree , the conversations we had and Una's cookies!
Meeting people like Phil and Una can only be an enriching experience and I wish you both good luck with the house and the garden!

It was great to host Margot for a few afternoons - the ideal volunteer who is interested and interesting, very mature for her age as well as capable. She will go far as they say!

More than good, Carolann was an amazing host ! The different jobs such as planting garlic, painting, plastering, weeding ect has taught me a lot and the good atmosphere made everything much more fun. I also enjoyed the independence of staying in a separate cottage, being well fed and being able to take rides into town ones in a while .
