Description

I love to explore new cultures and new ecosystems. I am motivated by helping others and the planet, enjoy challenges and intellectual stimulation. Outdoorsy but educated, retired military, ex teacher, carpenter and most recently retired chef. I bring a wide set of skills to the table but what makes me different from most of my peers is I have never lost my desire to learn new things. Very adaptable, can thrive in under any conditions, with very few material needs, (internet being the only exception). I am currently completing my masters in Nutrition on line

Sila and Johann were excellent hosts. We had a great time getting to know them. There was plenty of cultural exchange and goodwill. The work was simple and straightforward. Parque del Plata is a beautiful resort town with some of the loveliest beaches we have ever seen. We highly recommend workawaying for Sila and Johann.

We had a wonderful experience here. For us, just to experience Quechua and Aymara culture was a gift, but to be immersed in it was just incredible.
