Description

Hi, I’m Kamil, 27, a musician and sound engineer from Slovakia.

I’ve been solo traveling for around 6 years, mostly across Europe and Asia. I’m very flexible with time throughout the year.

I studied graphic and print media and have experience with Photoshop and InDesign. I can help with graphic design, visuals, flyers, posters, or similar materials.

Music and audio are the biggest part of my life. I’ve been working with my own recording studio for almost 10 years and have strong experience with recording, mixing, and general studio work and equipment.

As an artist, I play guitar and bass, sing, and have experience performing live in concerts. I create and record my own music in my studio and also manage my social media, so I understand how visuals and platforms work (at my peak, I had 35k followers on socials and 140k monthly listeners, and I was a member of one of the most successful Czech-Slovak popular music labels). I’m still actively involved in content creation and everything related to music and creative projects.

I’m a creative person, but at the same time quite logical and practical. I genuinely enjoy solving problems, figuring things out, and improving systems. I often work on my own old sport car, do basic repairs and maintenance, and I’m comfortable using tools and thinking technically.

Outside of work and travel,
I enjoy books (especially Camus, Sartre, Hesse and existentialist literature)
Films by directors like Lynch, Korine, Gus Van Sant, Noé, Kubrick or Hitchcock,
Cooking (I’ve been vegan for over 8 years, so I naturally have a close connection to animals)
Specialty coffee, I have solid barista skills, especially with espresso and workflow
Fashion and street culture
and spending time with my dog Shiba Inu, Kama.
