Description
Hi this is Eric.... a few of you know by now that I shut down my B&B Operations after my Mum passed on.
I am now starting a new project wherein I am drawing up plans to construct a small 2 Bedroom Unit initially on my land which is facing Nandi Hills at Bangalore. I'm looking to construct something which is sustainable and Eco Friendly in every way at the lowest cost possible. Am thus looking for ideas, plans, designs, etc. Would love it if some has already done similar construction anywhere in the world and would welcome brainstorming for the same. You're welcome to stay with me while we brainstorm and then start on construction. Once the construction starts I would appreciate it if you can supervise and be an active part of the construction to ensure it goes as per design and plan. My home and my kitchen would be open for you to use and we can both give each other a hand to prepare meals and learn from each other. It would great for me in terms of companionship too as ever since my Mom passed I have lived alone. We both would of course be expected to keep the Apartment and our sorroundings clean and we both can contribute towards our food expenses in terms of raw materials required. Electricity, Maintenance and Internet Bills are currently taken care of by me and we can work out how to ensure that the Bills don't inflate too much.
I'm an easy going guy and believe in both of us having our space just as much as I like having company and someone to talk to and be around.
In the past i have received several requests from couples but i'm sorry to say that the shared accommodation we offer is a small room within the Apartment and thus is more comfortable for a Single Male. The accommodation provided is completely safe and is in a secure gated community with tight security. You can also check with other workawayers who have left feedback about their previous stays with us.
Please Note... This opportunity is only open to Caucasians or anyone from outside of India. I'm looking at developing something with International Ideas and experience thus locals may please excuse me 🙏.

Currently looking for someone who has experience in Architecture, Engineering, Design and Construction cos this is currently at the Planning Stage. Once the construction starts I would need more involvement in terms of supervision and also active involvement of the construction.
You're free to spend your time as you like and I have no restrictions related to that. Once the construction starts however I would appreciate an active involvement in that.

Accommodation
The shared accommodation i offer is a small private room within my Apartment and thus is more comfortable for a Single Male. The accommodation provided is completely safe and is in a secure gated community with tight security. The Room is equipped with a pull out bed and the bath and toilet is just outside the room. You will have access to the entire fully furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine (which you can use for your laundry as well), refridgerator, microwave, gas cooktop with cooking gas (so you have the freedom to prepare your own meals too), you will also have access to wifi internet.
What else ...
Bangalore is a hub for tourists wanting to visit other nearby tourist spots thus many tourists pass through Bangalore en-route to other tourist spots. You have the opportunity to tour Bangalore as well as the Govt has just restarted the Hop on and Hop of Double Decker Buses for tourists here.
