Hey, I’m Jay.
I like to travel and wander around and be a nomad and stuff. Indefinitely.

I’m trying to learn things (although the more I learn the more I realise that I don't really know very much at all) and undo a lot of societal conditioning. Long way to go.
Been vagabonding across North America for 4 years now, by thumb, rail and sail - got as far as Honduras, subject to change.

I think I'm decently aware and open-minded, I like the Earth, forests, animals, philosophy, walking, sailing, bushcraft, languages, meditation, yoga, gymnastics, moving quickly on various types of boards, cooking vegan, chess, spinning a staff around, writing, astronomy, martial arts and making music.

Don’t really know where I’m going or what I'm supposed to be doing, but I do know I want to learn how to live in the forest, sail the atlantic, try travelling the world by bike, meditate for a really long time, learn the accordion and saxophone, learn a bunch of languages and martial arts, do a standing backflip, fight for the Earth, meet a cat and/or raven that will travel on my shoulder, live with various indigenous peoples, and maybe build a homestead and grow some food there.

It was very nice to have Jay at the rancho, he helped me harvesting flowers and seeds.
He has always a nice conversation to share and he loves dogs and the dogs loved him.
He had one hand injured and still he was always willing to help.

Jack spend 2 weeks here. He adapted well to the changes of priorities . Did whatever was needed with the smile. Physically and Sociable guy with respect for himself . He improved his French québécois in a great way within only two weeks. A real pleasure to have this kind of helper around.

This was first host for Jack. He was open to learn many technics in our Olives farm . Jack worked hard to get enough olive for our olive oil extraction. He also learnt to prune the olives trees, removing weeds, making chickens fence.

We had nice time around the fire while Jack played Guitar and sang beautiful relaxing songs.
