Description
I come from the South of England, close to the ancient New Forest, and have been a volunteer for numerous years. I started out as a WWOOFer (organic farming) then joined both Helpx and Workaway, mainly doing garden work and animal rescue in quite a few countries and continents. I have also done other things such as house/animal sitting, elderly care, and even helped bring a boat back from the South of France!
I no longer do 'full on' gardenwork or animal rescue centres, but I am happy to give household help, elderly care, house/animal sitting, babysitting, school runs etc, etc, including some light gardening and plant care if required.
I would describe myself as a sociable, easy to get on with, but diligent volunteer who enjoys meeting new faces and exploring different parts of the country (not too far north) or abroad.
If I can help out with any of the above, please let me know.
Oh, and just to add, I have have a clean accident free driving licence (of umpteen years). -

It was a pleasure to work in the gardens, where I weeded and cleared 1/2 doz large beds which were then topped off with a 3" layer of chippings. I also did some repotting, and other general garden work.
