Hi there! My name is Blaise - I am 38 and a New Zealander based in Australia.

I am currently in Canada where I am looking for fun, active and interesting opportunities where I can meet people and have new experiences.

I spent 2023 travelling to 20+ countries and on this trip, I am hoping to slow down, meet some locals and see as much of Canada as I can.

My longest volunteering stint was teaching English in a remote village in Nepal for 3 months which I really enjoyed.

I work in Customer Service and I am wanting to be much more active and take on roles that physically challenge me.

I love being in nature, love sitting out with a good book and just enjoying the quiet and fresh air and I love animals.

Joelle and Jordan were my first hosts in Canada and I feel really lucky that I got to spend 5 weeks in their home! Blaise is an absolute all star. We were so lucky to host her for 5 weeks during a snowy Newfoundland winter.
