Welcome everyone!

I’ve already lived through 24 winters.
I come from a small village called Laszczyny in Poland. Being the youngest in my family, I grew up helping my dad with all kinds of renovation work around the house. My mum, on the other hand, taught me how to keep everything clean and tidy and how to help out in the kitchen.

My first big destination will be Norway — inspired by the Vikings series. I dream of seeing the majestic fjords and feeling the whisper of the ocean.
This winter I want to get really good at snowboarding and maybe even become an instructor one day ;)

I’m a simple guy who loves nature, quiet mornings, and honest, hard work. Back home I work as a carpenter — I’m good with my hands and I’m not afraid of tough tasks.

I joined Workaway because I want to experience life in a different way — through real people, genuine experiences, and stories shared by the fire.
I believe every place has something to teach me, and every person I meet can change the way I see the world.

Here I am — with an open heart, ready to work, learn, and breathe in the freedom of the road.

I have experience in construction, mechanics, and carpentry.
I’ve worked on building sites, repaired semi-trailer trucks, and now I’m working in the Netherlands as a carpenter building modular houses.
I’m confident with tools and practical work.
When I was younger, I worked as a waiter and helped my aunt in the family business (a house for rent for parties, weddings, communions, etc.) with cooking and cleaning.
I have also completed the first level of high-altitude tourism, which is another area I would like to develop in.

My dream is to reach the “Crown of Europe” — the highest mountain in every European country. I see Workaway as a way to explore new places, connect with people, and grow through new challenges along the way.
