I get up early in the morning, i do my chi-kung routine, i meditate and then is time to get into gears!
After a productive, enjoyable and uplifting day i meditate again while Sun sets and then is time to relax and share with friends,... music playing besides the fire is one of my favourites...
Sounds good, doesn't It?😄
