  • Description

I’ve always been curious about the world and the ways people live. After finishing school, I volunteered for a year in Kenya - an experience that, despite simple living conditions, brought me deep joy and aliveness. Since then, I’ve lived in India, studied Social Work in Berlin, and spent three beautiful years in New Zealand.
What drives me is connection - with people, cultures, and places. I love experiencing myself in new environments and seeing life through different perspectives. I trust life and enjoy the spontaneity of the journey.
From July till October, I’ll be working as a guest manager at a wonderful retreat center in the Algarve, which is going to be my second year in this position. I deeply enjoy the variety this role offers – from daily interactions with guests and teamwork with my colleagues, to troubleshooting and guiding hiking tours.
I'd love to find a meaningful place to stay and work from the middle of October until Christmas.
Also, I'm currently writing my first book, and when I’m not doing that, I love dancing (5Rhythms & Ecstatic Dance), singing, and playing the ukulele.
I’d be happy to bring my hands, heart, and presence to your project!

More details about my language interests
I have a deep passion for the English language - both in speaking and teaching it. I started working as an English tutor while I was still in school, as I found it incredibly empowering to understand the structure of the language and to help others grasp it too. Later, I taught English for one year to secondary school students in Kenya, and for eight months to primary school children in India. These experiences deepened my love for teaching and strengthened my ability to explain grammar and language concepts in a clear, accessible way. Having lived and worked in New Zealand for three years, I now speak English fluently - both in everyday conversation and in professional, business settings. I truly enjoy helping others learn and feel confident in their own language skills, and I would be more than happy to offer support in learning or improving English wherever needed.

  • More details about your skills

I bring a strong background in social work, education, and event organization, combined with a deep passion for people, community, and creativity.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and have worked with children, teenagers, and families in various roles - as a youth worker, experiential educator, and support worker for families in crisis.

I'm currently working freelance across various fields. I work on retreats where I support and accompany participants, and as a movement facilitator I co-create ecstatic dance sessions. I also work occasionally as an experiential educator, engaging with young people, and sometimes lead team trainings for companies. On top of that, I take on roles as a retreat cook as well.
Whether I'm organizing logistics, holding safe spaces, guiding people in movement and expression, cooking for a group, or working with youth - I love bringing positive energy and a clear, calm presence into work and places that feel meaningful.

I’d describe myself as a flexible all-rounder who loves co-creating, assisting, holding space and doing mundane tasks for projects rooted in integrity. I'm organized, warm, creative, adaptable, and reliable. Whether it’s supporting guests, assisting in/or leading workshops, helping out in bars, kitchens or restaurants, working with teenagers, or simply stepping in where help is needed - I’m happy to contribute with care, clarity and authenticity.
