Description
Looking for a German-speaking Kids Camp Leader, creative, sporty, funny, responsible and great with families.
If you like to stay in Nature, but only walking distance into the town of the charming Monchique, please get in touch.
Welcome to our stately, turreted 19th century guesthouse. The former mansion has been faithfully restored in traditional style with many guest rooms, a sun room/conservatory, a billiard/music room and kitchen. The property is nestled on the green slopes of Monchique. There is a vintage deck and a bio- pool, a citrus grove (oranges and lemons), aloe cactus, blackberry and raspberry bushes, a small vinyard, traditional terrace irrigation fed by our own fountain spring, assorted cozy guest huts and original stone structures. We are a ten minute walk from the narrow cobblestone streets in the center of Monchique.
We work a maximum of 8 hours a day, although helping during a Retreat requests some hours in the morning and some hours in the evening.
There is wifi in the Quinta.

Social Media / Media Marketing (Sound Healing Niche)
We are looking for someone who can support us with social media, especially in the field of sound healing.
This is not just about technical skills – mindset is key.
You should feel at home in the world of sound healing, yoga, or similar conscious communities. Understanding the language, the audience, and the deeper intention behind this work is essential.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with Instagram (posts, reels, storytelling)
A good eye for authentic content (photo & video)
Ability to communicate the essence of sound healing in a clear, grounded way
Ideally some understanding or personal experience in the field
What you’ll do:
Help create and publish content
Support with simple campaigns and visibility
Capture moments from trainings and retreats

Kids Camp Team Leader (Summer 2026)
For our Family Weeks, we are looking for a creative and responsible team leader to run our kids program.
Dates:
Ideally from July 11th to September 5th, 2026
(A minimum stay of 1 month is required, shorter periods are not possible.)
Your role:
Organize and lead a small kids program (ages approx. 5–14)
Create fun, nature-based, and engaging activities
Hold space for a safe and joyful group dynamic
What we’re looking for:
Creativity and initiative
Experience working with children
A warm, grounded personality
Ability to take responsibility and lead a small team if needed
