  Hi...! My name is Luca and I live in a country house in the outskirts of Bologna, Italy, (in the hills), I am a single man who lives with an affectionate and nice housekeeper, Rahela of Romanian origin, who takes care of the house. I work in communication, I have a company that does press office services, event organization, and speaker management
  
  Specifically for August: I’ll be away on vacation for about 25–30 days, and since Rahela—who is brilliant at almost everything—doesn't quite have a "feel" for tropical plants, I’m looking for someone who knows how to observe and understand them :-). In short: they need watering, but without overdoing it—that’s all! PLEASE NOTE: I need someone with some experience and a knack for plants... good intentions alone aren't enough!

  Bologna is home to the oldest university in the world, with almost 100k members, a medieval city, rich in cultural activities and world-famous food, Rahela will know how to be an effective adviser and storyteller of the city. The first week, before my departure, we will spend it together, so I myself can be useful and participate in the exchange.

  I have a great passion for plants—both succulents and tropical varieties—and I own quite a lot of them.
  Specifically for August: I’ll be away on vacation for about 25–30 days, and since Rahela—who is brilliant at almost everything—doesn't quite have a "feel" for tropical plants, I’m looking for someone who knows how to observe and understand them :-).   For stays during other months of the year, I need help with the farm I bought (located about 1.5 km from my home), where I am currently renovating the house: mowing the grass, raking leaves, watering the vegetable garden, and similar tasks.

  Regarding the living arrangements, you will have a room of your own and share the bathroom with Rahela. You may use my bathroom when I am away. She will handle the grocery shopping (though you are free to buy specific items yourself if you wish); you two can get to know each other and decide to cook meals together, or you can take care of your own meals as you prefer. You are expected to clean up the dishes and the kitchen.
  You will need to keep your room tidy, and—especially when you leave—you must restore it to the condition in which you found it upon your arrival.
  The house is nestled in greenery, in a beautiful area.

  The house is located about 2 km from the town, to reach it from the center you have to take a small bus that stops right in front of the house. It is also very close to the sanctuary of San Luca, a very important place of worship for the Bolognese and a tourist attraction thanks to its arcaded walkway that connects it to the city center with 666 arches
