My name is Sam(also go by Nwai) and I am 20 years old, and from Philadelphia, PA, USA. I am sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania and on a gap year to travel around South America, I plan to work for a company in Colombia the start of April, and from January - April I want to be traveling and volunteering. I can communicate in Spanish but still weak on grammer and understanding when people speak fast, and one of my goals is to become fluent. I am interested in science, technology, neuroscience, and improving education. My hobbies include: meditation, running, chess, and talking about philosophy.

I am a photographer and videographer, and like to get my hands dirty with pottery and gardening! I had some woodworking experience in high school and would love to get back into it. I also have done some 3D modeling work and CAD. I am learning to cook as well, I am Ethiopian and we have a unique cuisine I am trying to master!
