I have extensive experience in customer service, hospitality, and leadership roles, with almost 10 years in customer-facing environments. My hospitality experience includes working in bars, restaurants, and management roles, which has given me strong multitasking skills, confidence in fast-paced environments, and the ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.

I am currently working as a Venue Manager in a restaurant, where I oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role has further strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to take initiative and remain composed under pressure.

I also have experience in reception and administrative roles, where I developed strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy painting as a creative outlet, which reflects my appreciation for creativity, patience, and mindfulness. I would love to be part of an experience where I get to utilise this hobby and add my creative mark in different parts of the world. I also enjoy working with my hands, whether it be gardening or various art projects.

I hold a Bachelor of Business (Management & Marketing), which has further strengthened my organisational abilities and my practical, solutions-focused approach to work.

Most importantly, I am a fast learner who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. I enjoy contributing wherever I can and always bring a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude to the environment I’m in. I am open-minded and excited to take on new experiences.

What else ...

I was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and moved to New Zealand when I was 14. I still go back every year, and feel most connected to that land. Growing up between cultures has made me really curious about people, their stories, and the different ways we all live. I am currently living in Australia, and plan on traveling again in July (at the end of my lease) !

I really enjoy painting and creating things with my hands—it’s something that helps me slow down, be present, and express myself in a really natural way.

I am happiest when I’m outdoors—swimming, soaking up the sun, or just spending time in nature with no rush. I’m a big believer in the simple things in life, like lying on the grass with a book, listening to music, or having long conversations and hearing people’s stories.

I also love learning new things in everyday life—whether it’s through travel, new environments, or just connecting with people from different walks of life. I find so much joy in those small, genuine moments of connection.
