Hi there I'm Lily, 30, German/British.

Currently looking for a new workaway experience in October as part of my holiday. A bit about myself: Since last year I am working at an NGO in Peace Building and Conflict transformation where we work in countries such as Jordan, Ukraine, Western Balkans, Lebanon etc. I am quite good with languages, I grew up with German and English, I speak some French, a bit of Spanish and have recently started learning Arabic.

Over the last 10 years I've done workaways in Portugal, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Canada, France, Italy.. Most of my projects were in Permaculture, Gardening, Carpentry and the Hospitality Industry.

If I had to describe myself in three words I'd say: open, humorous and adventurous. and social! I love to live and work in community and meet new people, learn about cultural norms, different cuisines, different life stories etc.

I really enjoy working outside in beautiful nature and doing physically demanding tasks, learning about different cuisines, life stories, meeting new people, I enjoy geting my hands dirty and learn new skills. I also consider myself a great cook and love to make others happy with my recipes!

I am super looking forward to work and live with great people from all over the world again. Cheers!

I've had the best time at Kennedy's farm! Work was always super fun and at times a little tough which will make you feel awesome afterwards though :) the loft for volunteers is super cozy and the kitchen is greatly equipped.
