Welcome to the Soul Children Home by the Ganga river

Hello and namaste! We’re a French-Peruvian couple who’ve made one of our homes here in a peaceful corner of India, where we live, laugh, grow alongside 45 wonderful children. Our small school and ashram is a place full of life (thanks to the children) curiosity, and above all love! And we’d glad to invite you to be part of it.

We started this project to give these children a safe, nurturing space there they can explore their talents, grow in confidence, and connect with something deeper, spiritually, professionally, and personally. Each day here is a mix of learning, play, prayer, and sharing everyday day as a big family.

    How can you contribute?

We welcome volunteers who feel called to share their time, energy, skills and most importantly with love for children. Wether you can teach English, painting murals, playing music, dancing, gardening, or building shelters, vegetables beds or any creative art you can share. There is vibrational signature that each of us will benefit and it will stay in our hearts forever.

    Life at the ashram

Daily life here is simple, calm, and deeply rewarding. We volunteers will gather for a morning meeting after having each one their own private time if needed to then get gather and share how we feel, what can be improve from yesterday into today and inspire each other for this new gifted day.

The ashram is just a short walk from the sacred Ganga river, with a beautiful temple nearby. Mornings begin with the sounds of birds and the sun rising over the water. It’s special place with an aura of calmness.

    A project built in love

This project is not backed by any big organization. It is slowly growing and getting few donations but still children are eating only once a day rice and lentils and this November we will embark in a mission of changing that reality. We will create vegetable beds and harvest as much food as possible and conserve them for the whole year as well as having fresh produce daily.

    What we offer:

    - A warm, welcoming space to connect with children and Bhakti (devotion)
    - 3 daily meals
    - Share or private room depending in amount of volunteers
    with private bathroom
    - Opportunities to teach, inspire, and share your skills
    - Work as a collective for the welfare of everyone
    - Shared meals, laughter and community spirit
    - A chance to practice SEVA (selfless service)
    - Time for reflection, connection, and simple living
    - Being part of a small growing family.

    With love,

From the Soul Children Home family!

They believe all are one and that bridge from each is LOVE. Basically Love Yoga. Ending separation and Doubts in our minds resulting in the opening of the heart.
