I have a Master's degree in English. After spending three years working remotely for an international localization (translation) company, I decided to travel and pursue jobs that would allow me to be more active and engage with people. I have chosen to settle in Calgary for a year. I previously worked as a server at an elderly home and am currently employed as a banquet server at a private membership club. Since this club is closed during the summer, I would like to do some volunteering. In addition to my work as a server, I babysit my 2-year-old neighbor. I used to live in a house with a large garden, so I also have significant gardening experience.
