I am from a small village of the central island of Denmark, Fyn. I just finished my studies philosophy, history and religion. So I'm ready for university, but first I want to see the world.

something that makes me happy is food. Food is a good way to be introduced to culture and history. When you eat with strangers it is a sign of respect and recognition and I think it is the best way to be introduced

For many years I have worked as a waiter at the same time as my school. It's an industry I'm used to and find incredibly fun. I know well when things are going fast and there is a good flow and cooperation. I am also very good at English and can communicate in German and French. I love collaborating and having fun with people around me. I have also worked as a cleaner and kitchen assistant so I know a lot about cleaning and tidying up.

I had a lovely stay. There was lots of energy in the house and franciasco is a pragmatic and energetic man who makes wonderful Italian pastas. There was the opportunity to kitesurf and surf. I enjoyed my time at the house as there was a great beach within walking distance. Thank you very much

Peter cooked delicious vegan food and taught me a lot of useful skills in carpentry. The days were quiet and peaceful and Omachi is a fantastic town to cycle around, visit an Onsen and other truly Japanese cultural things.
the house is a gem in the Japanese countryside and the Alps.

Lovely to have Johanne around, she was always asking how to help and took a lot of initiative. She made some awesome pickled veggies that will last through the winter. Johanne was thorough at cleaning and picked up using a drill very quickly for a novice.

I had a wonderful time hosting Johanne. She was very charming, worked hard and helped me a lot around the house, assisting with my small cafe, preparing meals, and getting dirty with with gardening work. I would love to host her again someday.
