  Description

  We are a Swiss retired couple who have emigrated to beautiful Piedmont, Italy. Every day we enjoy the contact with the locals, the culture, history and cuisine. We have both traveled to large parts of the world and now enjoy the beauty nearby. We often visit our family in Switzerland. We live in a detached house with 2 dogs and 3 cats in the middle of the hills near Alba. The location is very quiet in the middle of vineyards and 750m from the village.
  Our two dogs a Laghotto Giulia and a medium sized dog Bianchina are very affectionate and need rest. The 3 cats, Baci, Milka and Ragusa are very shy and love to romp around outside.
  
  Wir sind ein schweizer Rentnerpaar ausgewandert in den schönen Piemont, Italien. Täglich geniessen wir hier den Kontakt zu den Einheimischen, die Kultur, Geschichte und die Kulinarik. Wir beide haben grosse Teile der Welt bereist und freuen uns jetz am Schönen in der Nähe. Häufig besuchen wir unsere Familie in der Schweiz. Wir wohnen in einem alleine stehenden Haus mit 2 Hunden und 3 Katzen mitten in den Hügeln bei Alba . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mitten in Rebbergen und 750m vom Dorf entfernt.
  Unsere beiden Hunde ein Laghotto Giulia und ein mittlerer Hund Bianchina sind sehr anhänglich und ruhebedürftig. Die 3 Katzen, Baci, Milka und Ragusa sind sehr scheu und lieben es draussen herumzutollen.

  Every day the farmers come by to work in the vineyards, and you can always meet people when walking the dogs. 250m from us is a B&B Mario&Mario where Roberto is at home and is always ready for a chat. Otherwise it is very quiet around the house. A car is necessary to drive to the next village for shopping. There is a post office, supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, bank, bars and restaurants. There is a market on midweek mornings. The old part of the village is one of the most beautiful in Italy. In 20 minutes you are in Alba, the truffle town where there is a lot to see. Asti can be reached in 30 minutes and there are also many places of interest. There are several castles to visit in the surrounding area.
  
  Täglich kommen die Bauern zum Arbeiten in den Weinbergen vorbei, und beim Hunde Spaziergang trifft man auch immer wieder auf Leute. 250m von uns ist ein B&B Mario&Mario da ist Roberto zuhause der gerne auf einen Schwatz bereit ist. Sonst ist es sehr ruhig rund ums Haus. Ein Auto ist notwendig um ins nächste Dorf zu fahren zum Einkaufen. Da gibt es Post, Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker, Apotheke, Arzt, Bank, Bars und Restaurants. Mitwochmorgen ist Markt. Der alte Dorfteil ist einer der schönsten in Italien. In 20 Min. ist man in Alba der Trüffelstadt wo es sehr vieles zu besichtigen gibt. Asti ist in 30 Min. zu errreichen da gibts auch sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es einige Schlösser die zu besuchen sind.

  Help

  We offer a nice, warm and quiet house with a guest room plus bathroom for single use. The house should be in the same condition when we return as when we left. Everything is meant to be used. Water the plants once a week, pamper the cats with a little wet food in the morning plus replenish dry food and fresh water daily. Give the dogs wet food in the morning and dry food and water in the evening. Take the dogs for a walk 2 times a day. Receive the post and fill up pellets in the heating system if necessary. Put out waste according to the plan the evening before. Be sure that the house is clean.
  
  Wir bieten ein schönes, warmes und ruhiges Haus mit einem Gästezimmer plus Badezimmer zur Alleinbenutzung an. Das Haus sollte bei unserer Rückkehr wieder im selben Zustand sein wir bei der Abreise. Alles ist zum Benützen gedacht. Die Pflanzen 1 x /Woche giessen, die Katzen morgens mit wenig Nassfutter verwöhnen plus täglich Trockenfutter und frisches Wasser auffüllen. Die Hunde erhalten morgens Nassfutter und abends Trockenfutter plus Wasser auffüllen. 2 x täglich mit den Hunden spazieren gehen. Post in Empfang nehmen und falls nötig Pellets in der Heizungsanlage auffüllen. Abfall gemäss Plan am Abend zuvor bereit stellen. Gib acht dass das Haus sauber ist.

  Accommodation

  We offer a private heated room with a beautiful view plus 1 small bathroom with bathtub for single use. The shower is in our bathroom for shared use. Bed and bath linen are provided. We provide the basic groceries and then go shopping together as desired.coffee and tea plus water has enough.in the kitchen you will find everything you need dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, food center and induction stove. In our bathroom washing machine and tumble dryer incl. washing and shower products.
  
  Wir bieten ein eigenes geheiztes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht plus 1 kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne zur Alleinbenutzung. Die Dusche ist in unserem Badezimmer zur Mitbenutzung. Bett-und Badewäsche stehen zur Verfügung. Wir stellen die Grundnahrungsmittel bereit und gehen dann noch zusammen nach Wunsch einkaufen.Kaffee und Tee plus Wasser hats genügend.In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht Abwaschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine, Foodcenter und Induktionsherd. In unserem Badezimmer Waschmaschine und Tumbler inkl. Wasch-und Duschmitteln.

  What else ...

  Our house is a non-smoking household. Please do not light fires in the fireplaces. Please keep the house clean and tidy and dry your dog's paws and belly before entering the house. There is a piano for use, a TV and a living room, dining room plus office for shared use.
  
  Unser Haus ist ein Nichtraucherhaushalt. Bitte keine Feuer in den Kaminen machen. Haus sauber und gepflegt halteen.Hunde bei nassen Wegen/Strassen bitte Pfoten und Bauch trocknen vor dem ins Haus kommen. Es gibt ein Klavier zur Benützung, einen TV und ein Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer plus Büro zur Mitbenützung.
