I am a Spanish nacional with academic and personal experience in Spain, France, Ireland and England. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish language and literature, a BA ( Bachelor of Arts with Honours) and a MA ( Master of Arts) in Translation Studies, England.

I lived in Marrakech, Morocco, for three years, during which I collaborated with a Sheltter Supporting women survivors of domestic violence and their children and experienced a deep comitment to social justice and intercultural engagement.

During my three years in Panamá I became a mentor and mother figure to an 18 years old Panamanian boy from a rural background, whose prospects were, at the time, extremely limited. I witnessed his transformation into a succesful professional: today he is a Cabin Chief at Copa Airlines and has recently earned a Law degree and his Legal Certification in Panama. He also spent 18 months with me in Malta, where he gained valuable English skills and was exposed to life in a multicultural European environment. His return home was coordinated with the invaluable help of IOM (International Organitation for Migration).

I became a widow at 27 with a baby girl just 18 months old. Today, she is a 39 years old with an impressive and academic journey. She holds a dual Bachelor's degree, Spain and France, a French Master's degree, and a joint PhD, Netherlands and Belgium. For the last 5 years she has worked at SEI ( Stockholm Environment Institute) in Bangkok.

Our journey has been one of resilence, effort and stamina. A story not only of loss.

I bring with me a strong desire to learn, grow and contribute. At this moment in my life -the sunset- (65 years young) I am longing for a breath of fresh air. A time for renewal, beauty, and purpose. I truly believe it is never too late to begging a new chapter and make a difference.

In addiction, I have experience in translation and interpretación, helping brige language and cultural gaps.

Passionated about gardening, decoration, cooking, and cleanliness, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Throught my life, I have rented beautiful places that needed to be completely decorated and updated. In return, this alowed me to afford the rent, earn some extra money, and gain the appreciation and friendship of my landlords.

I truly enjoy the process of making a space feel special. Whether it's painting, organizing, redecorating, or giving old furniture a new life. I would be happy to bring that same energy, creativity, and attention to detail to any Workaway project.

I am someone who feels deeply. Life, in all its beauty and hardships, has taught me to listen closely - not only to others, but to the toumoultous voices within. Through personal challanges and moments of reflection, I' ve come to understand the importante of kindness and being present for one another.

I don't shy away from vulnerability; instead, I see it as a bridge that brings hearts closer.

What matters most to me is growth, inward and outward. I do not have all the answers, but I'm always open to learning.

I' ve recently started to play chess, and I love it.

Writing is not just a hobby, it is how I process emotions, reflect on experiences,and give shape to the World.
