Hi! My name is Giulia, I am 23 years old. I have been a scout for over 15 years now, and this long experience has allowed me to improve myself and test myself in various ambitions, as well as various volunteer jobs. I consider myself a very cheerful person who is ready for adventure :)
I like to be involved and in control of the situation, which encourages me to dare to do my best in everything I do.
I am about to finish my university studies and in the meantime I would like to do more volunteer work. In recent years, in addition to volunteering with the Scouts in charity homes and other situations of hardship, I have had the opportunity to volunteer at a dog shelter in Portugal, an experience that I will always cherish, and at a farm in Turkey.
I am also very attached to the environment, an issue that is very close to my heart.
Finally, I am passionate about photography, a hobby I would like to cultivate especially by traveling and photographing new landscapes. In my free time, I particularly enjoy going to the mountains, climbing, going out with my friends, and generally spending my time outdoors.

During my long scouting experience I have learned to solve the some problems I’ve found on my way. I never see a wall in front of me that blocks me, but always a solution to every problem. I don't see defeats, but only situations from which one can learn something, also if it’s hard. In addition, when dealing with situations I am often able to guide those who are more in difficulty, giving them a hand. I’m able to build constructions thanks to 4 years of scout where we build different things, and we learn different types of knots. I consider myself good with children, who I look after in the scouts, but not only, I have also had to deal with children who have experienced difficult situations. I have also had the opportunity to cook for people in need, coming into contact with them and listening to their stories. I also had experience in a dog and cat shelter.

The last qualification I obtained was the scientific high school, now I'm at my last year at university, I'm studying marketing, economics.
I have a wide knowledge and during my school years I studied English. In fact, I watch films and TV series in English to improve my skills.
