Hi!
My name is Cristian, 33 years old and I enjoy connecting with people, discovering new perspectives and having new experiences, while learning different skills in different environments.
After 12 years of service in the airport operations and airline operations field I have decided to bring my career to a stop and to decide which would be a better way to invest my time and my energy.
The only question that I've got now is where I can invest my energy more efficient. I am reliable and easy-going and I was always people oriented having the chance to create strong connections with the people I have met. It makes me happy to be outdoors and enjoy nature, being involved in all sorts of sports and adventures, but I am also the guy who enjoys listening to music, reading, chess and why not puzzles. I am also happy to work outdoors having many skills, but indoor as well.
Through different experiences I've learned skills like gardening, animal care, general maintenance, building or painting jobs so I could be an asset for the outdoors work or the inside jobs.
What is really driving me is the willingness to live and to learn how to live in order to preserve the environment and the connection with the people in a healthy way. I am really keen to meet you and to exchange experiences which will eventually give a more meaningful way of living.
I have organized a few trips for groups for 4-12 people to places like Ireland, Austria, Morocco, Israel , Cambodia, Vietnam or Mexico so I feel that I could manage the customer experience as well.
With a robust tenure in the festival industry, I've excelled in pivotal roles such as backstage manager, artist liaison manager, and location manager for music festivals. My expertise lies in orchestrating seamless operations, where I navigate the intricate web of departments with finesse. From coordinating backstage logistics to managing artist relations on multiple stages, I thrive in high-pressure environments where collaboration and precision are paramount. Building and maintaining strong relationships with artists, colleagues, and volunteers is at the core of my approach, fostering a cohesive atmosphere essential for success. I'm adept at fostering open communication channels between stage management, backstage operations, and artist liaison teams, ensuring every aspect of the event flows harmoniously. Additionally, I take pride in mentoring and coordinating volunteers, providing clear guidance and support to ensure their roles are executed in a smooth way.
I do love the music and the power of sound so as a way of giving back moments of experiential sound bath I travelled to India where I had my sound healing course and I've learned to play the Tibetan bowls, gongs and various other instruments which could stand for sound therapy in itself or it can combine with yoga, breathwork or various practices designed for wellbeing. I do also have a yoga teacher certification from an established yoga school in the south of India, therefore I could also offer yoga sessions, teach pranayama or guide meditations.
I am looking forward to connect!,Interests

More details about your skills
I believe I was lucky enough to get the chance to experience different things. I believed I have learned to manage big groups of people and to understand their needs and the most important thing , I have learned to listen and the find a solution. I was also always interested in fixing things rather that buying new ones. When it comes to nature I was always attracted planting and taking care of the plants, things that Ive done already on different occasions. I am also good at understanding the way gadgets work and I would say that I can help out with some things on the computer as well (mostly software) . Lately, I have discovered that I enjoy working on constructiosn so I developed skills in bioconstruction, painting, building, plastering and so on. I would add here the constant desire to learn new things, which I believe is very important and it fuels everything else.
