  Description

  I am Alexis, next to my girlfriend Kristel and my parents Elena and Edelmo we developed an Agrotourism project at the mouth of Espolón Lake. We are located at 8 km from Futaleufú, in a very quiet place famous for its great river called Futaleufú. We rely on small agriculture and tourism in the summer. Actually, we have an orchard, greenhouse, fruit trees and raspberries. Also farm animals such as horses, cows, sheep, chickens, turkeys, geese and a large native forest.
  
  Soy Alexis, junto a mi novia Kristel y mis padres Elena y Edelmo desarrollamos un proyecto de Agroturismo en la Desembocadura del Lago Espolón a 8 km de Futaleufú, un lugar muy tranquilo y famoso por su gran rio.
  Nos basamos en la pequeña agricultura y turismo en época de verano . Actualmente contamos con una Huerta ,Invernadero ,Árboles frutales y frambuesas , y también animales de granja como Caballos, Vacas, Ovejas, ,Gallinas ,Pavos, Gansos y un gran bosque nativo

  Conocer de la historia de esta región, cómo se ha ido formando, cómo ha sido la experiencia de sus primeros pobladores.
  Vivir en un ambiente familiar y amistoso, cultura única, ligada a la tierra. Aquí podrás disfrutar de vistas espectaculares del lago, de la cordillera y de grandes nevadas en invierno y conectarse con la naturaleza. Tambien practicaras español.

  Help

  We need help in different tasks, each of these are classified by areas, according to seasons and experience of the volunteer, also vary according to the weather.
  
  Orchard and garden: planting, watering, pruning, weeding, transplanting seeds, collecting manure from the yard and selling our vegetables at fairs.
  
  Fruit trees: Harvest, pruning, cleaning, weeding, planting new ones.
  
  Houses: Wash the dishes, clean windows in the house and cabin, chop firewood and help bring it from the forest with a vehicle.
  
  Harvest time: packaging and preparation of products, making jams and preserves. Washing the wool, helping to store fodder.
  
  Animals: (This is a job for all year): - cleaning of the chicken coop and stable, feeding all the animals on the farm, maintenance, and cleaning of the areas.
  
  Tourism: maintenance of the natural environment and ecological care, infrastructure maintenance.
  
  There are some tasks that are not described here, but that always come up, such as helping to look for animals, doing some trekking with tourists, repairing the greenhouse, water networks, etc. for which help will be requested, according to the experience and/or willingness of the volunteer
  
  Necesitamos ayuda en diferentes tareas, cada una de estas están clasificadas por áreas, temporadas/estaciones y experiencia del voluntario, también varían según el clima.
  
  Huerta y jardín: sembrar ,regar, podar, desmalezar, trasplante de almácigos, recoger guano de corral y venta en ferias.
  
  Frutales: Cosecha ,poda, limpieza, desmalezar, plantar nuevos.
  
  Casas: Lavar la loza , limpieza de vidrios de la casa y cabaña ,picar leña y ayudar traer desde el bosque con vehículo.
  
  Época de cosechas : envasado y preparación de productos, hacer mermeladas y conservas Lavar la lana, ayudar a guardar forraje.
  
  Animales: Todo el año: - limpieza de gallinero y establo , alimentación de todos los animales de la granja, mantención y limpieza de las áreas.
  
  Turismo: mantención del entorno natural y cuidado ecológico, mantención de infraestructura .
  
  Hay algunas tareas, que aquí no están descritas, pero que siempre surgen, como ayudar a buscar animales, realizar algún trekking con turistas , reparar el invernadero, redes de agua, etc. para las cuales se solicitará ayuda, según la experiencia y/o disposición del voluntario.

  Accommodation

  Family house that has: shared room for 2 volunteers, shared bathroom with shower and hot water. They can use the washing machine when they want.
  
  The food is provided by us, it will consist of 3 meals per day, we will share food that we consume. If you have a strict diet you should consider your own food, which you can buy in the town of Futaleufu, 8 km from our house. You can cook your own food if you need.
  
  There is in the house: electricity, free Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV and natural spring water.
  
  You can also stay in a tent outside if you prefer.
  
  Casa familiar que cuenta con: 1 habitación simple para 2 voluntario/a , baño compartido con ducha y agua caliente. Pueden usar la lavadora cuando estimen conveniente.
  
  La alimentación se las proporcionamos nosotros, si no es dieta estricta, consistirá en 3 comidas diarias, compartiremos alimentos que nosotros consumimos. Si tienes una dieta estricta debes considerar tu propia alimentación, la cual puedes comprar en el pueblo de Futaleufu a 8 km de nuestra casa. Puedes cocinar tus propios alimentos.
  Existe en la casa: luz eléctrica, Internet Wi-Fi libre , Televisión por cable y agua natural de vertiente.
  También Pueden alojar en carpa afuera si lo prefieren.

  What else ...

  In this sector, in addition to lakes and rivers, there are mountains, there are many different alternatives for activities that can be done near where we are, such as Rafting on the Futaleufú River, visits to national reserves, hikes to the hills, horseback riding, fishing, and plenty offer of food in the town. We live in a rural sector; our neighbors are also farmers.
  We rarely leave our house, we live a quiet life, working and we also receive visits from friends, family, and tourists in summer.
  
  En este sector además del lagos y ríos hay montañas, existen muchas alternativas diferentes de actividades que se pueden realizar cerca de donde estamos como Rafting en el rio Futaleufú , visitas a reservas nacionales, caminatas a cerros , cabalgatas, pesca y abundante comida en el pueblo. Vivimos en un sector rural, nuestros vecinos también son campesinos.
  Nosotros salimos poco de nuestra casa, vivimos una vida tranquila, trabajando y también recibimos visitas de amigos, familiares y turistas en verano.
