Hello!
My name is Catarina, I am Portuguese, curious about the world and I love discovering new cultures and ways of living.

I have many years of experience in organization, communication and project coordination and I currently deliver training in interpersonal skills and citizenship. I enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting personal development.

I can contribute to cultural exchange by helping children and adults practice English, supporting projects, assisting with hospitality and helping with daily organization. I am flexible with tasks and schedules and happy to learn new skills wherever needed.

I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes. I also care deeply about the spaces I live and work in, I always try to leave them better than I found them.
I’m a dog lover — I had one for 15 years, Jack, the one in the picture, it was a true love story.

I am especially interested in nature, conscious communities and Buddhist cultures. I always aim to contribute to a positive and harmonious environment and look forward to meeting new people and sharing meaningful experiences together! :-)
