Description
Hey! I’m a visual artist and art teacher currently living in Japan for one year with a Working Holiday visa. I first came to Japan on a trip last year and completely fell in love with the country, its culture, and its people.
I’m very interested in joining creative and educational projects, especially those related to art, community work, and teaching. I have experience teaching art classes in English at an elementary school, working with children from 6 to 13 years old. I really enjoy creating a positive, playful, and inspiring learning environment.
As a visual artist, I specialize in painting, printmaking, video art, and installation. I’m a collaborative and creative person, known for my friendly personality, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility. I also feel comfortable taking leadership roles when needed and bringing critical thinking to problem-solving situations.
I’m excited to share my skills, learn from others, and be part of meaningful projects during my time in Japan!

More details about your skills
I speack fluent Spanish, English and German, and I'm currently learning Japanese.
I have been painting since I was 11 years old and have a strong background in visual arts. I also have hands-on experience with woodwork, basic construction, and helping build and improve common spaces through volunteer projects in disadvantaged areas in Chile.
I have experience working with children and managing large groups. I worked as an art teacher with classes of up to 35 children, which helped me develop strong organizational skills, patience, and creativity in group settings. I also have experience in painting workshops and I enjoy working with kids of all ages.
In addition, I have worked in retail as a shop assistant, as well as in art galleries and as a montage/exhibition assistant, helping with installations and setup. I am comfortable working with the public, in team environments, and in creative or practical roles.
I can cook, help with daily tasks, and I’m adaptable to different types of work. I also have good computer skills and can use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Excel.
I’m a proactive, responsible, and flexible person, always happy to learn new skills and support the needs of the project or host.
