  • Description

    Description

I, Edna (58) live on a beautiful property along a fjord in Etne on the west coast of Norway - situated between Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen) and Trolltunga, about 70 km west of Haugesund.

I work as a potter and have a workshop and gallery on my property.

You should be handy and willing to help with practical tasks around the property like general maintenance, gardening and cooking.

I love to travel, to meet new people and to get to know different cultures. We will have a good time together, good talks and laughs. You will experience a everyday living in a Norwegian home. I speak Norwegian, English, German, Swiss-german and some Italian. You can go fishing either from land or boat, hike in wonderful mountain area, cycle along the beautiful fjord or just relax and enjoy the view from our property. In the evening you are free to do your own thing, just relax by yourself or together with us.

    Help

There are a lot of things that needs to be done in our big garden. Mostly fighting the weeds, cut gras, gardening, wash and light paint on a wooden fence etc. You should be able to use tools.

    What else ...

I do prefer couples. There are not much public transport, and I only have a car with two seats, so for me it is best if you have your own car. If not we will find a way.
