Description
I bought my property in 2004 whilst on honeymoon, the views are wonderful. After some deaths in the family I decided to come out here to live. I have renovated a Trullo and built a Villetta that I rent out in the summer.
My thoughts are that I would like to have people on site during March and April to assist with strimming, gardening and general maintenance. In November to assist with Olive collection.
The rental properties are not used during these months and so could be utilised for workaway persons to stay in and perhaps redecorate if needed, though presently not required.
We have used workaways previously and enjoyed the experience. Last year was the first year we had workaways since Covid.
I have two huskies, this is why I don't think persons bringing pets with them would be a good idea, however I am open to discussion. If you are afraid of dogs my huskies are well controlled but escape occasionally, they are extremely friendly and love people. If you like walking I know two huskies that might like to join you if you were willing.

People with internet businesses have stayed here the wifi signal is strongest outside around the pool and in the poolside bedroom of the villetta.
Space for parking camper vans
during their stay workaways can stay in the villetta (2 bedrooms, kitchen and large bathroom) or trullo (no formal kitchen). I have plenty of parking for motorhomes as long as they are not excessively wide due to the country roads. Large lorries are able to navigate to the surrounding properties and so I don't anticipate any issues with a standard motorhome or campervan. Also I have had a 7ft 6" wide Hymer motor home here.

The work was demanding and heavy as expected at this time of year, this did not deter Christopher. Our dogs loved him and the many walks he took them on.
Thank you for all the lovely cooked meals and taking us to the City for a Walk (sightseeing) and a stop at your favourite Bar! :-)
