    Description

Hello! We’re Nicole and Jan, an English-Czech couple with a shared dream of creating a self-sufficient, creative, and welcoming space on our beautiful piece of land in Týn nad Vltavou, South Bohemia.

The land is just under 2 hectares and full of potential — and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring it to life! We currently live about 30 minutes away, so we’re often on-site working and will be there to support you, guide projects, and collaborate. Depending on the project and the season, there may be times when you’re working more independently, surrounded by nature.

    We’re seeking people interested in:
    • Gardening & permaculture
    • Natural landscaping
    • Artistic projects & outdoor installations

In exchange, we offer a peaceful glamping-style experience — accommodation in a furnished bell tent or caravan on the land — and the chance to be part of something creative and inspiring. Whether you’re looking to get hands-on experience, enjoy time in nature, or contribute your own ideas, we’ll do our best to make your time here meaningful and enjoyable.

    A bit about us:
Nicole is from England and holds a Master’s in Education. She’s passionate about the outdoors and envisions this space one day being used for workshops, creative learning, and community gatherings.
Jan, originally from the Czech Republic, is a landscape architect and skilled carpenter. He loves upcycling and using reclaimed materials to create functional and beautiful spaces.

We’re a young, open-minded family with two children (now aged 2 and 4), and we’re deeply inspired by sustainable living, creativity, and community. We believe anything is possible with a clear vision and good people.
